E xploring the islands of Coron through a private tour is the best way to see the beauty Coron has to offer. If you’re paying for a private tour we recommend avoiding the major tourist destinations and spending a relaxing day exploring the less visited, more distant islands and beaches of Coron. Usually 3 island are enough for one day of beaching, snorkeling and relaxing.
The best and recommended way to arrange a private tour island hopping through Coron is through the CTBA (Calamian Tour Boat Association). This may also be your cheapest option.

As you can see from the table above the price of a private tour is pretty reasonable.
You *might* be able to find a cheaper price by asking around but we recommend the CTBA for their reliability.
Note: The farther out you go the less tourists will be around.
Try to leave as early as you can in the morning. We recommend leaving around 8:00am but all boats must wait for coast guard approval which is usually 8:00am-9:00am.
Most tours start at 8:00am and return back to Coron Harbor at 5:00pm. Expect to spend your entire day out on the sea so take everything you will need for the day.
