What is the best Tourist Cell Phone / Wireless Data Provider in Cambodia?

By far the best Wireless Data provider in in Cambodia is Metfone. Its not the cheapest but has the best and most reliable coverage.

We find Metfone coverage better in the more remote areas and islands of Cambodia.

THUS: We recommend Metfone given their relatively cheap prices, coverage and 4G coverage area and they DONT charge more for Facebook, LINE, Viber, WeChat, WhatsApp, VoIP (Skype etc.)

A close second is SMART.
